Lil Yacthy, is a singer, rapper and musician, most famous for his hit single "One Night'. Miles Parks McCollum, his real name, is Miles Parks McCollum. He is also known as the names Nautica Boat Boy and Lil Boat. His mixtapes, 'Summer Songs 2’ and 'Lil Boat was his first big smashes. This wasn't the first attempt at singing. His singles "One Night" and "Minnesota" were his first public recognition in August 2015. Both these were part of the debut EP (Extended Play) called 'Summer Songs'. The current roster of his music labels includes  Capital Records and  QCM and  Motown Records. Yachty has collaborated with numerous notable rappers, like 'D.R.A.M.' and 'Chance the Rapper. Yachty was a fan of songs that were unique and challenging the conventional wisdom of his childhood. He was inspired by his father who was a musician and shared many kinds of music. In the year 2015, he chose the title "Yachty" to relocate from Atlanta to New York. He wanted to succeed in his professional life. He moved to New York with a friend and began searching for ways to enter the music business. While there he hung out with street fashion stars online and gained an impressive fan base on Instagram. He collaborated with Burberry Perry, a producer and beatmaker. He later joined his main collaborator K$upreme. They're referred to collectively as "The Saling Team" and they worked with Lil Yachty in her bedroom. Drake's OVO Sound Radio broadcast his smash hit "Minnesota". This was his debut success. The moment that made Lil Yachty famous came through his song '1Night'. The video was posted onlineand soon became viral. Media limelight was focused on his work when the SoundCloud version of his track 'One Night' was used in a viral meme.
